We do not process these meals without Pre-orders. Because this food is prepared only for you and quality must be preserved.

This food is prepared exclusively for your order. Therefore, we will charge the full amount at once when ordering. However, if you do not came to have meal, the amount you will be refunded is 40% of the total value.

If there are more than 10 people in a group, sometimes we will arrenge same house or another houses near the same address.
